Terms of Service

Last updated: June 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ErisLink app ("ErisLink", "the app"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1.What ErisLink Is

ErisLink is a network configuration and connection utility. ErisLink does not provide VPN or proxy services, servers, or network access. You connect only to servers operated by a service provider you choose, using configuration retrieved from an activation code or subscription you supply. Your use of any such provider is subject to that provider's own terms.

2.Acceptable Use

You agree to use ErisLink in compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the configuration and provider you choose to use with the app.

3.Accounts

Any account you use to sign in is created and managed by your chosen service provider, not by ErisLink. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4.No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular provider.

5.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

6.Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
